Which AI engines do you check?
ChatGPT and Google AI Mode. Free includes ChatGPT; paid plans include both.
How long until I see results?
The first scan usually takes 20 to 30 minutes after setup. After that, products are checked every week on paid plans and every month on Free.
Why does a product say "Not shown"?
AI did not name it in any answer during the period. Open the product to see which products AI named instead, then work through its fixes.
Can I check a product right now?
Yes, with Check again on the product page, once a day per product. It uses AI checks from your monthly allowance.
What happens when I run out of AI checks?
Tracking pauses until the 1st of next month. Track fewer products, scan less often, or move to a larger plan. See Usage and billing.
Can I export my data?
Plans with exports can download the prompts table as CSV from the Prompts page.
Do you change my store?
Only when you ask. AEOsome reads your catalog. You usually make a fix yourself and mark it applied; on Shopify, some fixes offer Apply to Shopify, which makes the change for you when you click it.
