Change which questions are asked
Each product is checked with 3 prompts. In Query stats, switch a prompt off to stop checking it.
On plans with custom prompts, click Add custom prompt, type the question the way your shoppers would ask it, pick its buyer stages and click Add prompt. To delete a custom prompt, switch it off first. See pricing for which plans include custom prompts.
